Do I need to book?
Booking online holds your slot, and you can pick any free time in a minute. Walk-ins are welcome when a groomer is free.
How long does a groom take?
A full groom takes about 2 hr, depending on coat and size. Your live link shows the exact "ready by" time.
Can I see how my pet is doing?
Yes. When you drop off, you get a link on WhatsApp that shows each step live: bath, drying, styling and ready. If the groomer spots something like ticks or mats, they ask you on the same link before doing anything extra.
How do I pay?
UPI, cash or card. When your pet is ready the bill is on your link, so you can pay by UPI on the way and just collect.
